Return Policy
Filing a return or a complaint
In order to file a complaint, please follow these steps:
- Return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and add it to the package. The document should include the following information:
-first name and surname,
-email address or correspondence address,
-phone number,
-order number,
-reason of return
-the date of purchase and the date the flaw occurred,
-bank account number.
- Returning the product
While filing a return please send the faulty product with all its accessories and a copy of the invoice.
